研究方向主要包括①海水池塘健康養殖技術創新和模式優化;②集中連片海水池塘養殖尾水高效處理及資源化利用。目前主要研究興趣點包括:水產養殖環境中微生物群落(細菌、微藻和原生動物)構建、互作演替規律及其驅動的碳、氮、硫循環;養殖生物(蝦、蟹和貝)與養殖系統中生物與非生物因素的互作;利用微藻-貝類-大型藻類/鹽生植物-微生物協同處理養殖尾水并實現資源回收。
前期研究解析了我國傳統養殖池塘微生物多樣性和結構組成;并利用外源細菌來改善池塘養殖環境,發現外源菌定植能力是決定外源細菌有效性的關鍵因素;發現通過添加外源碳調控水相碳氮比能提高池塘內源性微生物氮轉化能力;發現魚類引起的底質再懸浮并不是主要通過減弱原生生物水體-底質間擴散限制,而是主要通過強化水體中原生生物群落的環境均質選擇生態過程。入選“浙江省高校領軍人才培養計劃”-青年優秀人才,主持國家自然科學基金青年基金、中央高校青年教師培育項目和寧波市“甬江引才工程”創新人才項目。
